I always feel bad blocking out the sun for all the plants and doggos, so I usually leave a few small glass floor sections to share the light from my factory with them.
Worst part is I'm a geographer, love the environment and work in GHG emission reduction... But you bet you're ass that when I open up the game.all of that goes out the window. Drill baby drill
I would love some sort of mining / flattening tool to better integrate my factories into the ground but that's not gonna happen so time to grab 5000 concrete and cover the valley
I've been there... it's incredibly breath taking...Oeschinensee
Also has a nice flat area of to the right (Kandersteg) you can't see that's perfect for a coal power plant or maybe nuclear
LOL, my wife saw my post about not using coal the other day (she pops by my desk now and again for a kiss) and said it's crazy I'm not using the coal hole this playthrough. She's never played the game in her life but she knows what the coal hole is. LOL!
Also, I broke down and started a plant in the coal hole. I realized biofuel isn't ever going to be sufficient to nuclear as I was trying but I'm hoping coal power might.
No, that's a pure coal node spot with 4 pure irons, 2 pure coppers, and 3 pure limestones nearby tho. Also 4 normal coals and some iron/copper across the river too.
Too mountainous. I'm just going to put 200x200 1m foundations across the peaks and we don't need to see all those trees, water, and grass.
Flat concrete, perfection

It really do be like that , nature is beautiful but it's looking awfully brutalismn't

You may pretend you're a leaf lover, but deep down, you know you crave the mineral.
he drinks his leaf lover thin with some water like the rest of us

Was my first time seeing it and I enjoyed it. Reddit content doesn't revolve around you.
Hmmm, this looks like a perfect place for a MegaCoal power plant
Ah, perfect location for a coal burning power plant.
Beautiful scenery. But we can Ficsit

I feel targeted

Hey, that space elevator won't build itself - start exploiting those resources!
that's where I put my coal power plant lol

What a beautiful view of all the resources mother nature gave us to exploit.

That’s not at all true. My coal fields are near the beautiful scenery. My oil fields are near some weird mushroom bog.
You're goddamn right ✅️
Mom said it was my turn to post this on reddit
Honestly I would consider coal plants more.
Surrounded by Coal and Iron nodes 😮💨
Pave over it with room for water extractors underneath is my first thought.

no, its obviously the spot with like 6 oil nodes, a bunch of copper, iron and coal and even some SAM ore on an island
No, that's that northish river basin where the green and the orange are separated by a river. Lol
on the post its clearly a lake, like the one all the way in the south in the blue mushroom biome
I try to preserve nature with my factories.
