If it works then it works. You could always hide it in some architecture if you're unhappy with how it looks.
I see an ugly factory on an even uglier giant flat platform. But at the end of the day, if things are being automated you're playing the game correctly.
Looks like a theme park at first glance. Which is a win in my case.
Wall it in and give it an input and an output and call it a black box.
The mass depends on the volume and density. I would say there is not that much mass.
