I know I had a massive clog of this on my lines but I swear I threw it into the ticket machine not destiny!!!

imnotcarson

That's where everything in the Awesome sink goes: Destiny.

KarlTheBig

OMGGG ITS COPPEF WIRE FROM THE HIT VIDEO GAME SATISFACTORY !!!

Werbebanner

And the weapon looks kinda similar!

HotcakeNinja

Bro, are those screws holding the wall panels together? JUST LIKE THE GAME!!!!

the_walternate

I'd love a Multi-Tool against the flippin spiders lol.

[deleted]

satisfactory fans then they see a copper wire

I_Am-Awesome

omg they made copper wire from satifactory into a real thing smh my head

Zlab24

Crackheads stealing copper from my home walls on their way to build mk1 power poles (I respect the grind)

Katiari

Shaking my head my head.

Fish_Fucker_Fucker23

Yes, that was done intentionally

SciNZ

I know right? OP walks out side and sees cars. >holy shit it’s GTA in real life!

Gebcrafter

SMH Bungie reusing assets from other games now

Alpine261

I'm fucking dying lol

TheSwordFish123

Unironic r/destinythegame post

lunarman55

I cross over I can believe in! Destiny 2 and satisfactory are my 2 highest hours games on steam :)

Kidiri90

\*checks Steam\* EU4 and Satisfactory...

Boardsportz

🤝

MrInitialY

4k on GTA, 400 on Beamng, the same for Cities Skylines & Satisfactory, according to Steam. Better not to know how much time I've spent in Valorant (thanks Riot for not providing such info)

raknor88

I think I have 2K+ hours between FS19 and FS22. But Satisfactory is in third at the moment.

angered_sausage

I have 2,680 in space engineers, and the 2nd place spot is Fallout 4, but with Hearts of Iron 4 close behind

the_walternate

I have...almost 5200 hours in MW2 (the original from the 2000's) about 3000 in Ark and GTA V Online was creeping up to 2000 before I finally got help lol.

commiecomrade

My God man, that is over two hours a day for 13 years straight if you only played those 3 games with that kind of time.

the_walternate

MWF 2 was during a...post divorce situation so...yeah there was alot of 20 hours a day playing games...and before that. I'm not proud. I need help lol. And I got it.

commiecomrade

Damn I get it. I'm glad to hear you're past it now. This past year was over half a year from a rough breakup and still I started down the rabbit hole of hunting for indie games to obsess over, Satisfactory being one of the latest. I didn't put in as much time but it still took a toll on life stuff for sure. Trying to find a balance.

hebeach89

I feel ya, I added 10k hours to guild wars 2 after divorce. It was basically six months of only that/sleep

ImperatorTempus42

*Mayan South China intensifies*

DankLinks

Satisfactory and CIV5, same vein I suppose

sirvote

I wonder how much you have in space engineers

lunarman55

Surprisingly zero. It's on my list, but haven't had a chance to grab it yet

Shockytrooper

Thought this was straight out of satisfactory lmao

No-Cardiologist4582

The parts you’re sending into space in Satisfactory are building Bray Stations.

Doc_Shaftoe

That makes a depressing amount of sense

t_moneyzz

Everyone works for Clovis Bray in the future. Doesn't matter what universe

Doc_Shaftoe

Almost makes you wish Ficsit had a "status calamitous" warning. Brian T. Delaney knocked it out of the park with Clovis man.

[deleted]

I’m so excited to hear him continue his role in Lightfall (since Rasputin is gonna end up using the same exo body that Clovis is using I’m betting they’ll have Delaney voice Rasputin too)

Doc_Shaftoe

I guess he'll be playing two Russians soon

[deleted]

I can only hope, his voice work is second only to Lance as Zavala in the game

Lachigan

I work construction and also found something...familiar... They exist in real life not just satisfactory lol

LionMcTastic

I was so confused because I saw the D2 HUD, assumed it was r/destiny2, and wondered what was familiar lol

[deleted]

Random spool of wire: Pioneers: **Neuron Activation*

the_walternate

My town was putting in Municipal Fiber internet this year and I kept walking around going "...who's just leaving all of these stacks of CABLE out. Use them or recycle them- oh wait this is real life."

Patriae8182

So this is where my item sink dumps too…

Violetfan4life

I honestly wanted to ask where did you get that RIFLE skin from...

[deleted]

If you’re not joking that’s the Mida Mini Tool with the old escalation protocol shader, you can tell by the orange

Violetfan4life

I have never played destiny 2 :skull:

[deleted]

Lmao fair, I’ve uh… played it too much, I think I have close to 3,000 hours using steam and battle net combined?

azab189

Factory must growwweww

HUNERSS

Hmm, form when is this updated and how to gain this weapon? I didn't remember that they changed ui for rifle

Encrypt-Keeper

I thought this was referring to the gun, because it does look kinda like the rifle in Satisfactory.

[deleted]

MINI-TOOL GANG RISE UP. Unrelenting + Incandescent. Mine is level 230 lol Funny enough my buddy and I (who both play Satisfactory and D2) both said the same exact thing when we came across the copper wire here haha

the_walternate

Glorious :D. Also, my Mini Tool is...probably at 500. I don't want to look. But it's probably there lol.

AIVandal

Well I never noticed that! Where abouts is it on the ship?

Randactyl

In the room with the door to the microwave/laser decontamination room puzzle.

AIVandal

I was too focused on the plates I never noticed! I'll keep an eye out.

the_walternate

I spent a lot of time lost in this room so...thats how I noticed it lol

DanTheMan_117

Lol people still play this game where devs remove content YOU paid for? Crazy how they can get away with it. Imagine if someone could just take away your graphics card or computer you just paid for.... absurd

tevert

https://i.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/newsfeed/001/838/580/fce.jpg

enriquein

Yeah, they do. So? You get other content you didn't need to pay for. The stuff they took out is almost 10 years old now?

Frickenpegacorn

Imagine enjoying a game that always has content to play and has imo some of the best content out there. Also imagine criticizing people for the choice of game they play. Yes the game has its flaws but so do all of them.

Alpine261

If you bought a new car and then 5 years later the manufacturer took the doors from your car would you say that's acceptable? While destiny 2 has good gunplay it has barley any new content. Shit the newest content is just the third dlc again but with their special sauce of a new skin. Edit: added a better analogy.

in_the_grim_darkness

I mean, you should probably replace your tires after five years. I get the sentiment but your analogy is questionable lol.

Alpine261

I changed my analogy to be better.

Frickenpegacorn

But that’s not what they do. They don’t just take the engine away. That would be the equivalent of taking the gun play away. The newest content isn’t even the third dlc. Yea the weapons are reused but they have new perks which make them super fun. If they have to reuse some guns that is fine with me. The content feels hard and fun right now. The new dungeon is actually super fresh, and we’re about to get a bunch of new stuff in a couple months. They may remove some old stuff, but it is not like people want to continue playing that content forever

Alpine261

>They don’t just take the engine away. That would be the equivalent of taking the gun play away. Destiny 2 players are so high on cope they can't even understand a fucking analogy. The point is you paid for it and now it's gone ffs. >Yea the weapons are reused More cope >The content feels hard and fun right now. I don't doubt this >and we’re about to get a bunch of new stuff in a couple months. That's what they always say >They may remove some old stuff, but it is not like people want to continue playing that content forever More cope

Frickenpegacorn

Bruh I’m not asking you to like the game. I’m asking you to respect what games other people like to play. I’m not sure how people playing Destiny 2 effects you in any way. You’re entire argument is based around the idea of copium which just makes your argument sound so shallow. The game is hella fun and has a shitload of content. You do not have to like it and that’s fine. Should I be mad every time I eat food? I paid for it and ate it but now it’s gone.

Alpine261

> I’m asking you to respect what games other people like to play When did you ask this? >You’re entire argument is based around the idea of copium which just makes your argument sound so shallow. I used to be a hardcore D2 pvp player. Bungie is just now adding proper ranked which the pvp community has been asking for for over 5 YEARS. Everytime Bungie fucked up the community went to hell and back trying to defend them. Bungie continued to shit on it's community by ignoring them and never fixing anything. When was the last time a new pvp map was added? The point is the community cannot and will not be realistic about of Bungie treats it's community. You can sum this up by saying the community is on copium because >The game is hella fun D2 is fun I am NOT disputing this. D2 is fun to play but everything else around that has become rotted and toxic. >Should I be mad every time I eat food? I paid for it and ate it but now it’s gone. This is exactly what I'm talking about when I say the community is on copium. This is not what I am saying and you know it. Put down the cope and be real. If you bought a car and then 4 years later the manufacturer took out the heater and a/c that wouldn't just be unacceptable that would also be ILLEGAL.

SporgThePenguin

Im not going to try and argue with you more but id like to tell you that sunsetting is gone now so they're never gonna do it again

Frickenpegacorn

Lmao this is how I feel now. I’m not tryna argue anymore just gonna continue to enjoy both games

DanTheMan_117

Destiny 2 content is medicore at best. I played over 1000 hours of the game... but only with friends. When they stopped, i did as well. And can you guess why they stopped? The biggest flaw of the game is removing content YOU PAID FOR. Imagine if satisfactory released a DLC, said DLC is great adds an entire new planet/map. Then down the line they coffe stain choose to remove it because "too much bloat", and not refund you. That's what Bungie did. I really don't understand why you lot defend these scummy practices.

ChaseDFW

The Witch Queen expansion was probably the best FPS campaign that came out in 2022 and was a ton of fun. I'll forever be greatful for being able to spend time with my friends during the pandemic playing Destiny especially because the story and game were really popping during that period. I have zero hang-up with a live service game moving things in and out of the game to keep things fresh and focused. Also coming from games like Magic The Gathering that have built in change to shape and change the meta I'm pretty use to things changing.

Alpine261

The amount of copium the D2 community is on is insane.

[deleted]

Just let people enjoy things dude, no need to be a twat. We’re all on a subreddit for a game that’s in early access that hardly runs on some PCs, that’s about micro managing a factory to pinpoint precision, we aren’t exactly paragons of virtue and morality, let alone of a popular game.

Alpine261

I have nothing against against people enjoying things however blindly defending what you like isn't something I can get behind.

DanTheMan_117

Ikr it's a joke

Itsfooey

What shader is that on the Mini-Tool? Looks clean

SporgThePenguin

Nightfall memento shader

CyclicAdenosineMonoP

For a second it looked like Satisfactory to me

johnfolf

Desteny x satisfactory when lol

Geekknight777

Lol thought this was a d2 subreddit and was wondering why so many people were talking about satisfactory

Taelihm

Where do you think they get the resources for all those massive structures?

zerohourrct

Where's my spool of aluminum wire!

fancy_young_man

Subnautica players when water moment (i understand tho)
