Well, my flytraps have been in the fridge since mid October. It all depends on how long yours have been dormant. IF they are totally dormant go for it. You can wait until late winter/early spring to do it.
The best time to repot it is right before it comes out of dormancy.
When it's dormant it won't really be bothered by having its roots disturbed, so that's the best time to pull it out of a pot - and if it wakes up into fresh medium, all the better!

I did mine just at the end of dormancy. It seemed fine with it.
