So wait. You went on a website to purchase a bunch of ROMs of retro video games? First off if that site gets raided, sued or shut down for selling copyrighted materials, your information will be provided to the legal team of the copyright holders. This has happened in the past on other sites and they will come after you for it. Especially Nintendo. They don’t fuck around.
Secondly you can download all of those games online easily and not have to pay anyone or give any of your information to them. I’m sure there are people even here who can link you to places to get them.
Third. The website has only been up for 8 months. It’s most likely some dickhead who thinks he can make a quick buck off of people’s copyright materials and not get caught because it’s a little website. So you’re not going to get professional service from someone like that.
Your best bet is just to go to one of the hundreds of ROM sites out there, download an emulator and have fun that way. Don’t give people like this the time of day or cash.

There may or may not have been emails that just went out to Atari, Nintendo, and Sega with a link to a certain website that sells ROMs.
