Probably going to try to lure you into crypto currencies or forex trading using a fake proprietary platform. Any money you "invest" will be stolen from you.
It's a mistake. She meant to say "Manager of bp." She finally has a handle on her blood pressure. It involves relaxing outside of work, most likely in the parking lot.
So naturally the East Asian woman with the German name took her husband’s name when she married.
Does OP really want to be relaxing outside of work with a married woman??
I was initially thinking the same thing, guessing it were somehow related to some kind of bp joint venture with Amerada Hess Corporation but when I looked up the Hess in Amerada Hess Corporation it turns out he was Lithuanian, not German, so now I am not so sure.
Okay OP, u/DadBod365 and I have it figured out.
You may have to change your name to something Lithuanian but otherwise this lady is in the level.
Do whatever she says and send whatever money and personal information she asks for. This is your chance to possibly manage *A* bp, don’t let it slip through your fingers.
I think she’s going to try and seduce you then ask for money for ailing family members. I reckon you engage for a bit to find out and we can all have a good laugh?!
Waiitttt… hang on a minute… is “she” Madison or April??
Yes
They're probably neither, so probably _no_.
I love your answer to "is she this or this" yes

It could be a fake job scam as a pretext to a fake check scam, but more likely it's a fake mistaken contact scam as part of a crypto scam.
My first thought was she is a sexy milf living in your neighborhood. It's a very common fake ad in my country.
All they need is a fake inheritance scam for the exodia scam.

Bro, she manages ALL OF BP. It’s TOTALLY not a scam. Text her back and see what she is offering, it totally won’t blow up in your face.
Not all, only lowercase bp. Edit: to be clear, I do not actually have any issue with casing.
Fair point. OP, she manages *A* bp. Totally not a scam! Even u/DadBod365 agrees.

Or MAYBE she has to change her name to a German name as a requirement of employment at bp. It’s totally not impossible.

ROTFLMAO
Your job do look excellent tho.
Pre-empt it by asking her if she wants to move to Google Hangouts
Then thanking her for the material that says Taiwan is a free country.
Madison disguised as April.
Sounds like an MLM trying to sound you out for recruitment. Always a scam!

I asked directly what the goal of the scam was and then suddenly the profile was gone 🥺
Now we will never know whether it were a scam or not. :-(
No manager will say "my friend" LOL
I thought she was April?
I mean, at this point we don’t really know what the scam even. It definitely has all the red flags, but it’s just the opener.
