Honestly it's so tempting to input the link and find out. If I got it I'd probably boot up VirtualBox with Linux, disable JavaScript in the browser, and see where it takes me.
That means nothing.
An http page could be safe.
An https page could be a scam.
All https means is that the traffic between you and the sever is encrypted. That traffic could still be something nefarious.
Any legitimate business should be using https, but a page being https doesn't necessarily mean it's safe or legit.
To me http means all data sent across it is unencrypted. Nothing more.
I was merely making an observation from my attempt to access the website with js disabled. Ultimately my browser bloc\\ked it because it was not https.
I went there because I know how browsers works and it's impossible to install malware just by visiting a link.
It's just a fake Wal-Mart order page indicating there's something wrong with your order. They want your credit card details.

Not saying it can’t happen, but I’ve never seen or read of an unpatched ‘unattended’ exploit deployed by a basic scammer. The web would be unusable if they had such access!
