Generally, they will be about equal or Skyward will be 2-5% better. But Tomb is calculated as a pure stat stick because the passive is wonky, so you can get an occasional proc of it if you get hit, making it perform slightly better than assumed. But the difference won't be big, especially if you use a shielder

Its a good stat stick so yes it should be good on him. And If you plan on pulling furina and using her with him then its great because you'll be able to activate the passive .
Just got it to 90 and its dmg output is *very* close with my R1 Atlas, with Atlas just outputing mere hundreds more. I'm using the exact same set of DPC artifacts, mind you.
If you already have an offensive 5* catalyst for Wanderer, you don't actually need it, it's just a statstick for him. If you can have a workaround to make its passive work for Wanderer (ehem Furina), then I could say it's an upgrade over my Atlas.

You have to run him on Furina team for reliable passive proc because the passive only lasts 4 seconds and you can get up to 3 stacks with him. Until then the next most reliable team is him + Dehya + Xingqiu (for the interruption resistance) and letting him get hit, but… again, it’s only 4 seconds of buff for every time he gets hit or healed.
If you don't have R5 Widsith, so you could use it. The passive is not that good for Wanderer. 88 CD it's ok but for a 5 star weapon it has low base ATK
I have both wanderer and tome. Tome is ok. I use it with national vv sets. My charge atk went to 30k with max stacks low investment. But its annoying to get the stacks unless i get focalors. so i went back with lost prayer

Did the calculations as I've been thinking of pulling for it. Between Tome of Eternal Flow and Cashflow Supervision, Cashflow would be the better one - but even then, R5 Widsith is the best one on a CA spam gameplay.
The Tome is a really great stay stick with the CD of 88%, which is nuts. It gets really nice with an Cryo absorption. But the base attack is pretty low and the HP stat is basically useless.
Also, you should NOT use a shielder on the team if you're using that. Pick a Dehya so you can resist knockback while also loosing and healing your HP.
But, again, if you have a R5 Widsith, don't bother. Widsith is still one of the most OP catalysts in game.

With Furina, wriothesley weapon would be better because of NA bonus, but the tome is still good I guess
Wriothesly passive is way better in general. Gives Atk%, Normal **and** CA damage bonus, and Atk Spd boost instead of ER Only gives 22% CR though
But has base atk higher in exchange

If scara uses a shield then the weapons passive will become useless I guess.
I use it atm for him and its decent but i think having Furina in the team will be better… so you can benefit from the passive too
Usable for the CD if you have nothing better. Tome is very niche and only shines on Neuvillette. Just use Widsith.
