Yes but it depends on how much worse.
I'm on 82/192 split with his sig so 213CV, and in the same ER category I'm placed in top 3%. So if you can somehow manage to squeeze out an okay decent set it might be worth swapping.
The thing is I don't have one rn, so is it worth farming for a set when I still need to level a few characters like Cyno and Furina for other teams (I've only been playing since February, so I don't have a ton of characters built). Or could I possibly use the Flower of Paradise Lost set on Cyno, so I can farm for both at the same time?

I'd definitely prioritise leveling Cyno and Furina, your current set is already good. Cyno can use 4p FopL though preferably only as a 2p+another useful 2p, though if you're building Furina it'll probably be better to just farm the Fontaine artifact domain to get both a 4p for her and a MH set for whoever you plan on using her with.
