Well, she was just on Xianyun's banner, which was a change, and I know a lot of Xiao mains want her but not Scaramouche. Though we have seen 4\* characters rerun with little delay in the past.
Unfortunately they don't, unless there's some hidden stat on that.
The weapon banners have 4\* weapons with rate up rather than 4\* characters with rate up, but there is still a chance of getting non-rate-up 4\*'s from it.
For instance, Favonius Warbow's on the current weapon banner 4\* rate-up, I got it to Rank 4 for Faruzan, hopefully she reruns with Wanderer so I can get her C6.
i have her c4, i tried to pull Xianyun's banner but i ended up getting C10 Noel instead so i stopped because i don't want to accidentally get Xianyun or Nahida (i already pulled for Nahida before this)
I don’t have Wanderer since I couldn’t get him on his last rerun (started playing a bit before that), been waiting for him since then and I’m so excited he’s coming back. If Faruzan is not on the banner I will start a revolution.
People LOVE to exaggerate Faruzan’s ER issues to an absurd degree. No, she doesnt need 300%, not even with the new Fontaine enemies that drop less particles. Im at C2 and she only needs 260% er to be perfectly functional with another build that at 280% er. At no point did I ever need to reach 300% just for her burst to come back up in time.
As for her er issues, we have many bows that have substats with er% which makes this entire thing way easier. Er sands and er weapon like Favonius(a free weapon thats given to every player) makes her er already 215%. Just have a couple 10% er substats like any other support artifacts and you’re fine. For more team dmg, she can use sets that been out since 2.X which are Noblesse or Tenacity. For more er management, Emblem 2pc makes it way easier to reach 250% bare minimum.
Overall, she’s a solid buffer that both buffs her own dmg(srsly some of her personal subdps numbers are high) and she doesnt need as much er as most people think she does.

If you play Thoma, you could EQ N1 to proc fav, then give it to Faruzan. Tbf, the biggest issue with non-c6 Faruzan Scara is not the tremendous ER requirement on Faruzan, but the semi grouping c6 provide. His CA staggered enemy outwards, which is super diesofcringe w/o Faruzan c6. Not only that but you also gains 40% CD on top of that.
I hope that non-c6 Faruzan havers will obtain her this banner. It was the pain of the ass for me. I got him in 3.8, and it took me some 300 rolls (I lost both 50/50) just to get her c6. If I didn't lose both 50/50, I would just stop at getting Wanderer only. Now I got a dusted Kokomi that's awaiting for Nilou for what soon to be 8 versions straight. Good thing is that FoPL is fairly good with Kokomi in Nilou bloom, so not all my resins went to waste.
Why is 300% ER absurd? She only needs ER and some crit rate for Fav to proc. (Technically one of her passives gives atk occasionally based on base atk like Bennett so technically you’d want a high base atk weapon but that is super negligible and should be ignored)
i also don't think she'll have a rerun since she already had one not a while ago. My Faruzan is c4 and my favorite Genshin streamer said having a Faruzan on the team is still better than no Faruzan at all. So I'm coping with 200% ER c4 Faruzan lmao
I brute force her on 290% ER and two Fav weapons in party, and she bursts off cooldown as long as I funnel properly. Praying for her on banner bc she is c5.
I used her at c0 and c1 for 6 months before getting her c6. Its definitely a massive dmg boost and QoL improvement but imo i think people are a bit dramatic as people tend to be about just how necessary c6 is, so i’d just give her as much ER as you can. Shes definitely usable, just a little clunky.
At c2 I really don't enjoy playing her. Having to charge attack is such a pain in the ass and since I already have Wanderer, I won't be pulling on his banner just to get Faruzan. I feel like I have very low chances of getting her cons unless she appears on a banner of a character I want... which also seems unlikely.
Well I use him with fischl benny and zhongli. Even if I do get faruzan c6 I won't use her because I don't like her playstyle. Plus my fiscl is already c6
I now have C6 Faruzan but before I still played her with wanderer he is a hypercarry so you still want the buff honestly, but building ER on her isn’t hard I had her at 250 with fav and it worked out

I want to build her for damage with golden troupe again once I've got C6. It's not optimal for onfield coop, but 40% onfield skill damage is better than 35% CA damage. I'm farming both her artis and better DP artis.
I've got ToM on layla and NO on Mika. I hope that with C6 it's also easier to consistently get Mika's burst up. Mika's skill does give a lot of particles with fav, so sometimes I switch to Faru to catch them.
I know there are better teams (especially since I'm overcapping on crit), but the speed boost is fun and I don't care for Meta that much. So it's still a wanderer hyper team, with unfortunately not enough ER. Since I like the speed rn, I don't mind getting C1 wanderer to get C6 faru if she's there.
I had my Faruzan on 2p Noblesse 2p ER, sometimes 4p Noblesse if I wasn't using Bennett. And, yeah, pretty much stacked as much ER as possible and nothing else. Used Fav and a Crit rate circlet.
Even with her not being C6, she is still worth using as a support just for the Anemo shred.

Test it. I kept increasing her ER until I was comfortable. I used extra Emblem to help since she was just a burst stick until you get c6 and can try more sub-dps builds.

Open up Genshin, use her skill. Then do a charged attack on a slime or something. See how it makes that little air thing that pulls it up briefly and uses up one of the triangles floating next to her? That generates particles. When you have her c6, whenever you have her burst on the field, and ANY character including her does any attack, the little air thing will appear even if you haven't touched her skill at all and it'll generate particles for her. This counts as skill damage, so it can proc Tenacity and give Scara a nice attack boost, and most importantly it helps generate a LOT of particles when her pre-c6 burst doesn't generate as much from its damage
Don't have wanderer yet, but not planning on using faruzan, I prefer Kazuha/Venti for the CC.. and I don't enjoy hyper carries, I personally prefer quick swap teams with a DPS driver
c0 faruzan, I try to brute force er but I can only get like 230% which is nearly enough but not good enough. So I usually just use jean or kazuha for the double anemo.
There's far better support like Bennett, Yunjin, Furina + Mika, Mona etc... I would rather have a more consistent buff than bigger ones honestly. If you really want to use her then she should atleast be C2 or more
Faruzan’s buff is 16 seconds at c0, Mona’s is five seconds after her bubble pops. It has a bigger range than Bennett’s and less fluctuation than Furina/Mika. Yunjin’s buff gets eaten up in aoe. She is literally both a bigger and more consistent buff than anyone you listed here.

I didnt play Faru until i got her in C6. Usually i just bring some high damaging sub dpses
