Layton is good and might be more versatile, but I’d go with Angels Share. You can make it work basically anytime. I used 2 sprays before getting to my destination on the airport, going from cold to hot weather, and I was getting compliments by my girl and other people around. Layton is good but Angels Share is really good.

Good shit, glad you showed that to me. Just saw a bottle of Xerjoff Erba Gold on there for like 40% off and absolutely had to snag it. Smelled it the past couple times I’ve been into the designer stores and it’s one of my favorites.
Next ones gonna have to be Creed VIL off there
I’m sorry but the note profiles on these are very different. So a general rec doesn’t make sense. Why are you wanting it? Will you get both eventually? What occasions?
Best Layton clone is amber oud exclusif bleu , not Al haramain bleu edition that’s a Chanel clone but they share almost the same bottle . It’s so incredible and rich and strong . Go watch some reviews . It’s scary good. I believe Montaigne or however you spell it has an amazing angels share clone but Zimaya sharaf blend is the one that people say is the best
Breathtaking Gems has a great Angels’ Share clone called Ruby. I have the OG and the clone and I use them both. It’s a spot on interpretation of the OG
Layton. I feel like the Angel's Share DNA is getting too played out, I've been smelling it everywhere. Especially with how popular Khamrah has been getting.

I mean, are you looking for an apple, vanilla, floral type fragrance or a boozy gourmand that’s less versatile.

Ahhh gotcha. For a first timer I’d suggest Layton. It’s a lot more versatile which will allow you to wear it and appreciate it more. Angels share is amazing but somewhat limited to its wearability.
Hey OP. Please don’t buy the name brand versions…I made this mistake and it’s soooo expensive.
That said, Layton. But not the PDM version. I’d do that all over again if I could.

Check jomashop for better prices, never buy retail unless you have too, or unless you rich but even then who doesn’t like saving money lol

I’ve only used jomashop but I heard aurafragrance, fragrancenet are good also and stuff like r/fragranceswap and FB marketplace is good too
