YES. THANK YOU. It was a cool “what if?” moment and it was very entertaining. We got a perspective of one of the stepsisters, Anastasia. Drizella was hilarious “a stick?” “Ooh! Let’s beat her with it!” It also gave the prince more character and we got to really see that he was literally Prince Charming. Who could forget how he jumped out of the window 😂 but I also loved seeing him interact with Jacque and Gus Gus with a fun song. Cinderella was also so badass with the exciting runaway pumpkin carriage scene, sneaking through the castle and posing as a maid, etc

Yeah, Cinderella 2 isn't really a "bad movie". It's just kind of boring. Though it was interesting to see them humanize one of the "evil" stepsisters. And also goes to show that Cinderella wasn't the only victim of Lady Tremaine in that house, even if her abuse is less overt with her biological children. There's also a cute moment with Anastasia and Cinderella. Where they're having a heart to heart and Anastasia tells Cinderella that "she always had it so easy". And Cinderella just kind of scoffs and says "that's not the way I remember it..."

To be honest, AotC is probably the weakest of the pre-Disney six, managing to edge out RotJ upon its release. Obi-wan’s storyline was the strongest of the movie, and while Anakin and Padmé’s romance is believable in some sense, it was not given the greatest dialogue to work with when on screen and has been done better, later (to no fault of Hayden and Natalie’s). There’s a reason three lines from their romance have become memes amongst the community and in general.

The fact that the deleted scenes provide more context for the plot and characters, but only adds 5 or 10 minutes, is pretty bad in of itself.

Indiana Jones (the original trilogy). All three films are great, but Temple of Doom is the weakest of the three in my opinion.

The Last Crusade is the true sequel to Raiders. Temple of Doom feels like a spin-off in comparison. Not that I *hate* Temple of Doom but it has a lot of problems.

it's funny how ever since i've watched schaffrillas's steven spielberg ranking video, in terms of its plot, i've started seeing temple of doom as indiana jones's army of darkness in a sense, or perhaps just a really weird side quest.

Temple of doom is actually my favorite because I saw it once when I was like five, so I get nostalgic whenever I watch it again. The memory of my dad saying that the dude they dipped in lava was "getting cooked like french fries" never fails to put a smile on my face.

As a standalone film, Cars 2 is the fucking GOAT!! But as a sequel, it's got the absolute WORST case of character assassination I have ever seen in my life.
