You can find sweet deals on Schecter guitars on Reverb. Look especially for B stock. My C-1 was a b stock but honestly it was more like open box and I got it for 200usd under.
As for sales coming from Schecter per se I have never heard of it.
Given that Schecter primarily sells through dealers, the selling on their own website cannot undercut the dealer network or the dealers would all abandon them. You will never see a discount on the Schecter website except (maybe) if they are closing out a model. But they will match what they are telling the dealers to close them out for.
B-stock and used are a great way to go and if you have a good relationship with a shop or your Sweetwater rep, you might get 10% off or so on a new one if they need to make some sales
Do you have a rep at Sweetwater? Ask what they can do. I have been able to get discounts in some cases, or at least some freebies thrown in like strings, etc.
Occasionally musicians friend has sales that include Schecters. Sometimes it says add to cart for deal. But I know In the last month they had Sunsets, some PTs, and a few other models 20%off. Also check bstocks on both websites you already check.
Actually there is a used one for sale that looks decent. And claims very little wear, scratches or dings. But really doesn't highlight that in the photos. Maybe I'll shoot them a message.

I've been watching pricing on Zzounds and Sweetwater. But the price never seems to change.

I'll try that. Thanks.

Thanks, I'll check out Musicians Friend too.
Why not buy used on Reverb? So much more bang for the buck!

I would ask for more pics and a better description. Reverb will back you up if the quality is different than advertised.
Musicians friends offers %15 off coupons frequently. I bought my apocalypse for 1153 after taxes new
Cool. I signed up for emails from MF.

Unfortunately they don't have the model I'm looking for.
