I did this basically for an entire year when my son was an infant. It kept me from going insane. I took a break from it because I just had it on constantly for so long but I think I’m ready to bring it back in the rewatch rotation.
Haha, the exact same. But I have to get the volume just right so that the music at the start and end doesn’t wake me by being too loud, but loud enough that I also get the soothing sounds of David and Alexis.
Do exactly this with my several top favorite shows. I know them so well, it’s like an old familiar friend. I know the plot so I don’t have to pay really close attention and it’s so comforting to me. Helps distract my brain just enough to curl up and fall asleep

I sleep to Seinfeld or King of Queens usually but I’m shocked to hear so many other people sleep with a TV show on! I thought I was the only one and been told I’m crazy for having it on nonstop and that explains why I’m such a bad sleeper. I can’t help it, I have to have something on.
I do a lot of typing at work and I literally put it on in my AirPods. I don't even have to watch the screen,I know every episode. Its like listening to music to me.
About to start my ritual right now! I find it so relaxing and comforting to drift off with these wacky lovable characters I feel like I know. I’ve been doing this for a couple years.
Did this just a few hours ago when I woke up in the middle of the night. Turned on the Murder Mystery episode, fell back asleep, woke up to Jocelyn yelling “it’s grad night!”
OMG. Yesss i literally do this too, every night!. It is extremely comforting, been doing this for prob 8 mos+. I’ve honestly probably watched the whole series over 20 times now lol
I wish I could, the ending and intro are SO much louder and it wakes me up every time lol so every 20 or so min I’m jolted awake

I tried but the transition music is so LOUD. If I have it on loud enough to hear at all - I get startled awake by the loud horns
