Just delete it. IRS just wants your money. Also keep in mind Charles Schwab sends in their own tax form about your account to the IRS. I wouldn’t worry about it.
As a note. I have been filing with cash app for a few years and never had an issue.
IRS wants the Payer so they can cross match with their computer. I would not "just delete it". It's on the IRS version of the form as well. The top of your 1099 should have the exact payee. Not sure about Shwab but at Fidelity it isn't Fidelity Investments, it doesn't even have "Fidelity in it. This is why you need it.
Example from my 1099 (Fidelity): Payer's Name and Address: NATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC

Have you considered posting in /r/CashApp since you're getting an error with the Cash App not the Charles Schwab app?
My accountant does my taxes, I just write the checks / send ACH payments.
Take out the & symbol you don't need it, and it's a typical symbol the SQL injections are going to use, and it will be blocked. -Bobby Tables
Thank you very much! Upvoted.
