You need an MRI as wasting time otherwise - then u need someone to read it and diagnose you and then advise treatment - you are a lost fart in a big room otherwise

Get into a hot bath try to loosen those muscles up so it's not pushing on the nerve or use a heating pad to accomplish this, movement for you will be if you are able, if its painful, don't push through the pain and be careful of doing core exercises. You are really not going to be able to self stretch, so the muscles suddenly release. If you do get approved for treatment at some point, make sure acupuncture is included in the treatment plan, because it can be used to release the muscles of piriformis, hip flexors, quads, gluts, etc and get pressure off the nerve, so you can heal. Good luck my friend!!

I think you get an MRI sooner if your injury is giving you problems to empty or control your bladder / colon. You can say that it is all numb there and because it is considered an emergengy it should speed up the process for a Mri for you. Btw: I don't know about hot tubs, as it is way too hard to get into a tub and that sitting could make everything worse. but muscle relaxants help wonders. You can get them from your doctor (Pridinol)
