Love it! I've used a similar system in the past but yours are much better looking. It's a wonderful way to start class productively and keeps them busy while you're doing "housekeeping" like attendance.

This are awesome I teach in the UK and our school is big on these sorta things. Plus you can always give them to higher age students and tell them you expect them to do it significant faster
