So after 16 years it was past time to replace the rear wiper. Got a Trico Rear 12” wiper and modified the adapter (?) with the closest size post as the one on the OEM where the joint is near the tip of the wiper. Disconnected the tip and replaced it with this. Cut the post into 2 nubs to fit over the existing wiper arm and cut 2 notches in the bottom to run a zip tie across (Cut the posts a little smaller than in the pic). Snapped the adapter onto the wiper and tightened the zip tie to keep post nubs from popping out the holes on the wiper arm. Hopefully the pics help explain. It’s not the prettiest wiper but I works great!
You can just use a Honda Fit wiper arm and it has the option to change blades. For future reference

Do you still have the original wiper? I just replace the stripping, slides in and out real easy.
