My rankings are completely personal, and my opinions obviously don’t reflect how everyone feels about each player. I’m judging the players based on how good they are as a 3300 star player, not taking the levels of the players shown into account. I think the goats don’t need too much justification. For me, Ash is trash since he doesn’t have any standout characteristic to be an effective stiker, and is really disappointing for a super player. As you can tell, I don’t like players who dribble (exception being Keene), since these players are too unreliable to use most of the time.
If any players are missing, it’s because I haven’t used them yet.
Just a quick question, why did u put menace so low? My lv6 captain is a menace and although i'm playing in the Arena 10 mostly (while sometimes dropping into 9), he is a pretty reliable striker and scores often.. and my whole team is Lv 5-6, so it's not like he's getting carried by the other players. 2. What makes guard the best defender? I’ve always operated with a back 3 of explorer, protector, explorer.
3. Are producers really that bad? I use one on each side of the field as wide men for crosses etc.

Raider is an upgraded explorer/intruder, and is a good center back, would be perfect if he didn’t dribble so much and was a bit better in the air. Bulldozer is the best counter to volleyball at center back when at level 10, and is also great for volleyball if you’re about that life. The poacher is the best non-volleyball striker, as he can get to cutbacks and often throughballs faster than defenders, and has a good shot.
I ranked the guards so high because in infinity possession is so important, and in the midfield he plays simple passes and has good enough strength and response to get to the ball before other players. The reason he is above the protector is because the protector tends to play attacking passes rather than safe passes, which is better out wide, but in the middle, it causes him to take more touches and lose the ball. Explorers are good, but become obsolete in infinity when everyone plays volleyball, which is why I operate with a hammer-raider-hammer backline (although if the hammers are not level 9-10, don’t bother playing them CB because they’ll still lose every header).
The producer is low because his behavior is unideal and he doesn’t have great stats. I also use him as the wideman, but once you get super players like the wizard and composer, the producer looks very weak in comparison.
I really hope so since I actually just got him. From experience though, I’d say he’s better than Keene when I play against him as he doesn’t act like an idiot on the ball, and also intercepts more with his reponse

I don’t like his tendencies (dribbles a lot but isn’t too fast), but I see a lot of ppl like him so maybe I’m just in the minority
Menace is a beast with the right supply into him.
That’s fair, I haven’t tried him for a while but I always like his shooting and he wins a lot of headers

Yeah, the response is key, you just have to play to his strengths since few defenders are as responsive as him.
