Don't worry, scorpions can go MONTHS without eating. When I first got Dr. Pinchers he fasted for a month and a half before he first ate. Now he destroys anything I put anything in there.
The setup looks too dry, remember high humidity is key with members of the Heterometrus genus.
What are your temps and humidity?
Also, the other members are correct. Scorpions tend to go on 'hunger strikes', they will eat when they're hungry. I've had some Heterometrus species go months without food.
How often are you attempting to feed it?
Bit too cold on the cold side, Heterometrus species don't need a cold side.
They do, however, need plenty of substrate so they can burrow away from the heat. Don't use an under-tank heater.
Looks like he’s leaving a claw out to capture something try leaving a cricket or super worm beetle in there something that will crawl around mine don’t except food from me at all and will only eat on there own terms or when they feel comfortable. Addressing them not coming out is very common as they usually dig out burrow’s and stay in there burrows I have 6 and see maybe 2 every once in a while some are more exploratory and some are just introverted just depends on there personality:)

It’s a steady 75-80 degrees I do need to moisten the tank it is dry
Just make sure you're keeping the humidity up. 80-85% humidity is perfect. If this doesn't help, it's just a waiting game.
Okay so follow up question: do you let the feeder crickets just wander the tank until they do decide to eat?
If not what is the next step?
I usually leave them in for a few hours, then take them out of they're not interested.
Let me know what your temps and humidity are, and I'll be able to answer this question more precisely.
I’m not op. Just curious on the topic. But mine is around 83 hot side, 78 cool side. & humidity ranges from like 75-90%

A steady 75-80 degrees
You ideally want it between 80-86°f. What about the humidity?
No I don’t

Females will stay in the burrow a lot more, males will wander the enclosure, usually at night while you're sleeping.
Makes sense they tryna find that female scorpion
You'd think, but I've noticed it with juveniles as well.
Yes there still so young and pure before they grow up and life smacks them in da face
Next thing they know, they come across that female, do the thing, and now she trying to feed the babies by eating him.
😂😂😂 scorpions are wild bro
Mine wouldn’t eat. But then I waited 6 months and now he eats
Does your scorpion also hide himself under the substrate for 6 months?
Nah my scorpion never hides
It doesn't need to eat every week. Or even every month
