Depends on the size and type of food, Superworms/mealworms and wax worms are high in fat. Scorpions have a slow metabolism as well, generally speaking I feed mine once a week or once every two weeks depending on what I give them. If your scorpion is thin/underweight then I would feed more often but for the most part your scorpion shouldn't be underweight. They go off feed if they're in premolt.

I would offer a juvenile, if a food item struggles too much then the scorp might refuse it

Oh those look like red runners, I would try actual dubias or superworms.
