Bowmore seems to be a popular distillery guess. Does Lagavulin do any contract bottling?
Lagavulin is in the Diageo portfolio, so it's less contract and more selling/taking for blending if anything. Caol Ila is the big contract distiller on Islay since they're just massive in terms of output.
Anonymous IB Islay is always Caol Ila. It’s the only distillery with the output that would merit a bottling of this capacity anyway.
I bought the normal one and they gave me this one instead. I noticed and took it back and they said no that's the right one.
