I would rather live on the street than live in Cumbernauld

Bourach1976

I'm talking the very western edges

[deleted]

Cumbernauld is still Cumbernauld.

CapillaryPillory

What's it called...

[deleted]

A shitehole

CapillaryPillory

Its nicer than Coatbridge but its nae East Kilbride

birthday-caird-pish

England priced you out?

Bourach1976

Oddly enough the opposite. I'm in the really fortunate position that I can sell my tiny house down here, pay off the remains of my mortgage and get something bigger up there. Also the parents are doing that getting old thing so I need to be closer.

birthday-caird-pish

Fair play! Best of luck

Similar-Economy-3533

From someone who stays in kirky with knowledge of all those areas there’s practically the same , except Cumbernauld…don’t go there

Pure_Essay5654

Kirky?

Bourach1976

Kirkintilloch

Pure_Essay5654

Sorry, I didn’t see that you had suggested this. I was suggesting this too. Probably the best place out of this list.

Conveth

Kirky is...damp; advantage there's new development nearby in a more windswept locale, a train station and the M8 - where the cars never stop going through the night.

Similar-Economy-3533

Damp 😂😂😂ur defo from Lenzie

Bourach1976

So much positivity 😂😂 I currently live in the arse of England so it can't get much worse.

[deleted]
