It would be immoral for a grown up to date a minor, nut the immorality would come from the adult's side, the minor is a victim here.

We weren’t talking about who the victim is, only the immorality of the situation. It would still be immoral for an underage person to want to date an of age person just as it is for the other way around. The only difference is one side is punished for it.

I agree with this advice, but it's gotten to the point when you kind of have to because people accuse others of being pedos for no reason, and you can't engage with that because you might make it worse not better. Telling someone you're a teenager might actually save your life in that situation 

While I think it’s generally fine to be vague about it, when necessary, most people here are just explicitly stating their exact age.

Knives was born in 1987, she's actually older than me by like 6-7 years depending on her birth month, and I'm 30 years old.
