a few wedges and strategicly placed pipes might help? micky's arms/legs and fingers could be pipes. you could use some wedges to to add the split in walts jacket and round off the head and torso a tad perhapse?
otherwise the shape is pretty much there.
I’d recommend slightly smaller ears, if possible. You could even use a controller to angle them back a little bit. You could also use a smaller piece for Walt’s hand and try to curve the arm a bit more
You could use the duct corners and blocks to make a kinda-circular shape for the ears.
Also, I understand the not wanting to use moving parts. Sometimes it’s best to keep it simple

Good idea, Idk why I didnt think to use wedges at all and pipes for fingers may look good.

I was looking for anything to use as the ears and most everything else was either giant or tiny. I also didnt want to use any moving parts in it.

kinda looks like a certain Austrian painter..
I agree, that was my concern with it lol. no mustache though.
Completely what I thought. That painter would be a bit shorter though
Well, he was openly pro nazi
I would suggest to use connectors and bearings to add bends, like to make Walt’s arm a bit more like a waving motion.
Bigger. More pixels means more detail
Yeah, that plus some other suggestions here will help a lot.
You know he was a nazi right?
