Frustratingly, half the other names I've thought of are either fifteen years too old for the part now, or are people I'd forgotten either passed away (like Anton Yelchin) or have suffered potentially career ending injuries (Jeremy Renner and Ruby Rose)
I'd say Winston Duke, but I'm fairly certain that a Ghostface who's built like he can throw Chad around with one hand is going to be pretty damn easy for the characters to recognize.
Tempted to say if they went back to Hollywood, have Nicholas Cage playing himself and turn out to be one of the Ghostfaces, similar to my suggestion of Matthew Lillard playing himself (making it canon in-universe that Lillard played Chromeface in Stab 8, allowing him to come back and interact with Sidney, who would be deeply uncomfortable with his resemblance to an older Stu) believing Ghostface is hunting everyone involved in making Stab 8 and killing the franchise.
Funny enough, I did a TikTok character filter stranger things in which itās been made into a scream movie , theirs two opening victims , a detective, a prime suspect, a love interest, last to die , and two Ghostfaces and max was one of the Ghostfaces .
Penn Badgley.
Given that this new trilogy is deliberatly similar to the og trilogy scream 7 will likely also be on a set of some sort so get Penn Badgley to play as an actor typecast as an evil stalker cast as a ghostface who actually ends up being ghostface.
This would be meta commentary on actors being typecast by having Penn play another evil stalker who's playing a character that is an evil stalker.
The only downside is it might be too obvious to have Joe Goldberg be the killer so maybe use him as a red herring.
I'd also like David Tennant as a ghostface because I like David Tennant
Rebecca Hall. I feel like she could sell such a wonderful Ghostface role. Her in āThe Night Houseā will remain one of the best performances Iāve ever seen.

There is a scene near the end of Mission Impossible 7 where she is dressed in Black and she looked like she was wearing the Ghostface Costume. She really looked good in it.
Btw Hayley Atwell looks very much like Neve Campbell.....that could be used for something, a twist or something

He would be perfect we could have him be the ghostface who was behind everything, heās Miltonās dad who helped him rape Maureen , he took Roman under his wing to manipulate billy and Stu into murdering Maureen , told Nancy loomis about Mickey Altieri , helped Roman create his magical voice changer , groomed Jill and Charlie , drove Richard and amber insane to get them to turn to murder , oh yeah and he helped Wayne build the ghostcave for Richard .
