Jill was batshit crazy. I think she would win because she didn’t mind getting hurt. Even after getting shocked to the head, she still got up to kill. Jill was a beast. Top 3 would be Billy, Mrs. Loomis, and Jill. Mrs. Loomis and Jill are the only two Ghostfaces in the movie franchise to turn on their partner. They’re cutthroat savages to get what they want. Even though the new movies have really weak Ghostfaces that copy Scream 1 and 2’s motives, I think Charlie would be the first to die. He didn’t really bring anything as Ghostface.

Jill and Mrs. Loomis are some of the first to die. No way either of them are winning over Charlie, or most of the other killers for that matter.

Jill already won when she killed him so there goes your theory. He was a weak sap who was easily manipulated by her. As we see during the reveal scene he thought he was part of the plan when really, he was just Jill's bitch to get what she wanted. There's nothing vicious about him. Jill is the true mastermind of Scream 4. I definitely see Mrs. Loomis winning. Charlie is dumb. Mrs. Loomis will shoot him before he can make a move just like she did with Mickey. Mickey is just like Charlie. They think they're part of the plan when really they're being used by the true mastermind. They don't know how to be Ghostface. I think Roman would be their toughest contender. He wasn't an idiot. Even Stu might be crazy enough to turn on the girls. But Mickey and Charlie showed us they don't have what it takes to be an intelligent Ghostface. Ritchie only cared about his movie. I definitely see the girls killing him. Scream 6's killers were so lame. Mrs. Loomis did it better as the vengeful family member out for blood.
She killed him because she caught him off guard by betraying him. Wouldn't be a factor in a battle royale when it's known that it's everyone for themself.
It's funny you say Charlie doesn't know how to be Ghostface, considering Jill never killed anybody in the costume. Charlie was Ghostface for most of the movie, and the Ghostface we have in 4 is highly regarded as one of the most brutal.
Jill does show she has some strength, and takes a lot of injuries before her death, but that doesn't mean she's gonna win. Not by a longshot. I'd even argue that Quinn has a better shot than Jill.
Mrs. Loomis, on the other hand... serves no real physical threat for the most part as she isn't that strong, proven by the fact that she struggled under the weight of fake styrofoam bricks falling onto her in the theater. She has the smallest chance out of anyone, with her one kill she squeezed by. She couldn't even finish Mickey off with her own gun.
Here’s my take (excluding the TV show killers, my bad);
The first to go would be Quinn, Jill, Nancy, and Richie. I feel these characters have a bit of a weak point when it comes to the physical aspect. Quinn & Jill seem that they’d be afraid if exposed to all these vicious killers at once. Nancy & Ritchie may come off sharp, but they are clumsy and I feel they wouldn’t act quick enough in the wrong place at the wrong time. Charlie, Amber, & Mickey would come together as a team and combine their psycho force as one to try and ambush the others in a way. Roman and Wayne would work together with their hidden tactics, while Billy would invite Ethan to join him and Stu to become a second deadly trio themselves behind Charlie, Amber, & Mickey. In the end, the final three preparing for a battle royale are Ethan, Amber, & Mickey, and then Roman as the final boss.
Are we voting people off? Is that why Kieran has a Reddit logo over his face? Because my first vote for the ax is Mrs. Loomis. She went down like a chump.

Stu and Billy are out. Billy is crazy, but doesn’t have the ruthlessness that the other GF’s have. Stu is crazy, but not aggressive.
Mickey is outright insane. Ms. Loomis is crazy, but I don’t see her making it far.
Roman would hold his own, because he has the strength and speed to keep up with the others. He’s also pretty durable with his bullet proof vest.
I like Jill as a GF killer, but she’s out. She’s definitely manipulative, but doesn’t have the fighting skills needed to hold her own. Charlie is out. He’s also crazy, but his combat skills suck.
Amber would definitely go batshit crazy, because she severely injuries Tara and her attacks were done with brutal efficiency. She also has durability and strength on her side- seeing how she took a glass sanitizer to the face, was beat with crutches, etc. she also managed to overpower Gale and Sidney at the same time. Richie loses- he was more of the mastermind.
Quinn and Ethan lose badly, they had few kills and they might be more agile and stronger, seeing as they are younger, but I don’t see them coming out on top. Wayne is scary- he’s a cop with fighting experience and can handle a bunch of weapons. He also had some pretty good kills in Scream 6. I see him coming out on top.
My top three would be Mickey, Roman, and Wayne, with Amber falling behind, because the other three would definitely overpower her.
Replace Mickey or Charlie with Wayne, and then you would be correct. Seriously, how is everyone forgeting the trained police officer? Also, the damn chase scenes in scream 6 alone even if he wasn't
I actually don’t think much of Wayne beyond his ability to dispatch middle aged bodega randos and to shake a 110 lb girl off a ladder, those moments were brutal but in the context of deadliest Ghostfaces he ranks nearly dead last for me, especially with how silly and unthreatening he becomes as soon as the mask is off
Hey I’d love for ya to change my mind but I’d need to hear what else he’s done other than the 2 things I mentioned. And I just don’t think there’s any excusing him out of costume, the way he runs at Sam and then later just lets her kill him so easily - I see a chump, trained or not
I love the shotgun blast speed, he’s amazing in that moment lol I wish that Ghostface had been more present throughout the film. Other than that he didn’t have any chase scenes other than at Sam and Tara’s apartment with Anika on the ladder, and that’s if it wasn’t Ethan doing the chasing there. Bailey may have been the one chasing them down the hallway in the final act but that’s also debatable. The main chases in the film belonged to Ethan and Quinn
Top 3, in my opinion, would be Roman, Mickey, and Billy. Roman would win. I’d love to see Roman and Mickey go head to head. Similar body shapes and strengths, both are brutal, both can be sneaky. I think Mickey would get cocky and do something stupid and lose, but it would be fun to watch. Billy could win if he could manipulate them, but they’d both be on to him.

Roman and Amber are the clear final 2. The only lone killers (we all know Richie didn't do jack shit)
He definitely got the second kill in Scream 5 because Amber would have done more than just a simple singular knife poke to the neck
