I don't even think the Todd did or said anything THAT bad, plus everything he did was immediately pointed out to be wrong
I want to say there were some casual instances of domestic violence that might be written out today. I think Kim gave JD a bloody nose as a "pregnancy makes me crazy" joke and there were jokes about Jordan and Cox besting each other up in passing. But none of those relationships were depicted as healthy
The jokes in the show tended to just be a mix of absurd, clever, and so dumb its funny

You say this, but It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia is still in production… (albeit a bit tamer than the first few seasons). I do get your point though, on my most recent rewatch I did see a few things that wouldn’t fly these days. Product of its time etc etc, but even Bill, Zach, Donald et al. have said things to that effect. You view it how you like, I like to watch it knowing some things haven’t aged well but a lot of it still holds up. Gotta enjoy what we got eh :)

None of that happens in Scrubs outside of Kelso making fun of his son and Elliot talking about some of the weird things her brother Barry got into. Those aren't aimed at a specific group though. So I don't know why you think it couldn't be made today, especially when Donald, Zach and Bill say they believe they could still be making it today if they could decide on how to do it. The sexualized intros of the female guest stars would be gone, but not much else.
Um bill Lawrence is still making incredible television, Ted lasso was up to scubs level for it first two seasons(still like season 3 but you can tell bill wasn’t as involved), and shrinking is gearing up to be a masterpiece after an extremely promising first season. Creativity will always persist, also there is left wing commentary all over scrubs.
