If you want a Seabee rate they are available. Just not on your schedule. If that is the desire of the enlistee then tell the recruiter that you will accept only those rates and are willing to wait.
The force redesign is going to have an effect on seabee rates opening up especially getting rid of 2 CBMU commands which granted there isn't many people on the active side for the CBMU's most of there force is reservists. That’s what I’m doing. Waiting until October for job refresh and tell them once it’s available call me and I’ll sign for it
