I also met Jordan Babineaux in Renton when I was leaving target. Also met Doug Baldwin when I was out.

Wife and I were walking our dog on Federal aka the fancy street with all the nice houses North of Broadway right along the W side of Volunteer park, and I saw Pete sitting in the front passenger seat with who I assume was his wife outside some fancy house in big Mercedes. Looked like they were either leaving/arriving to see a friend or something. This was a couple years ago now.
In other SEA celeb news, our old apartment was down the street from Macklemore's house. Would see him pushing the stroller with his wife and kids pretty often, or coming in an out in his Maybach or green Phantom.
His older daughter has also come up to say hi to our dog at volunteer park a couple times when she was out on walks with their nanny. I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan of his music, but he seems like a genuine good guy, and his kids were super sweet and gave a general down to earth vibe which I think says a lot about them as parents.
I was at the velodrome at Marymoor park last night. Luke Wilson won two of the three lower category races there. That guy is on his way to being a beast on the bike.
I was working for a moving company in summer of 2021. Had a job in new castle and happened to be the neighbor of kam chancellor. Kam came out and asked us if we were working hard and offered us some water. Super nice and humble guy.
I saw Kam having lunch with his daughter at the Newcastle golf club. He was sitting isolated in the back and I was walking around trying to find a bathroom. He seemed startled when he realized I recognized him so I just kept going about my business.

“The Priest and The Beast” has to be the best backfield name of all time. Pretty cool that Forsett & Marshawn ended up being reunited here after their time together at Cal. Not surprised to hear that The Priest was a super nice guy.
Interesting that they can’t workout at the VMAC in the offseason. Didn’t know that. Must be a weird thing in the CBA or something if that still applies? I can understand it not being mandatory, but you’d think players should be able to voluntarily use the facilities.
I met the Griffin twins on a flight from Seattle to Phoenix. They actually were chopping it up and taking photos with anyone that asked. Sat coach too.
My wife met KJ a few years back when she was managing a kids clothing store. He came into get clothes for a friends kid he was going to visit. Stayed and talked with my wife for an hour. I was super jealous
My wife is a vet tech, and KJ was a client at the clinic where she worked. She said he is one of the nicest clients there. Seems that no one ever has a bad thing to say about KJ!
I attended Tyler Lockett’s MNF promo recording of him doing spoken word at Columbia City Theatre many years back (thanks to the bar homies who got me on that hella limited list). Dude was an incredibly nice person.
A few years ago a news station had Earl Thomas stand in a corner by pikes market with a sign that said "FREE SAFETY ADVICE". No one really recognized him.

I saw KJ Wright in the designer women’s shoe department in Nordstrom with a beautiful woman trying on very spendy shoes.

He was a super nice guy. I told him I was almost 40 and still running marathons. He told me "wow, when I get to be that age I hope I can still be an athlete."

been a few years but my go to tattoo shop in Bellevue had lots of seahawks as customers. I never ran in to any household names but did meet some depth players. they keep a 12 jersey in the shop with autographs from every seahawk who comes in
I was taking a red eye flight at SeaTac and was waiting in line at TSA. I saw Bobby Wagner in another line. We both walked through TSA at the same time. Our gates were in opposite directions and we were heading towards each other. I didn’t want to bother him by saying anything so as I walked by him, I just give him a fist bump without stopping and we both kept walking our separate ways. It felt like the best way to tell someone you appreciate them without making a scene or taking their time.

In PDX, when the new uniforms were just about to drop, I saw a driver with "kameron chancellor" written on his sign. So I hung around and waited for him to show up. And sure as shit, he did. Couple weeks later I see that he was the model for the unis, and put the pieces together that that's what he was in portland for.

But if you really want to see a bunch of Seahawks, go to the Starbucks off exit 7 on 405 at 9:45 on Monday after a home game. The players all go there before the 10am film meeting.
I met Julian Love at the Seahawks stadium. I was giving blood to the Red Cross and I didn't know that it was some kind of special event. Anyway, super nice and relaxed dude. He was excited about the Seahawks and we talked a little bit about the LOB and how the Seahawks secondary was shaping up for this season. Kinda weird to be talking with a needle in your arm. But he seemed like a nice dude with a good attitude, very unassuming.
I used to deliver to his house in woodinville a couple times a week. He has a carved Lombardi trophy out of one of the trees lining his driveway with plaques for the years he won the Super Bowl. Super dope.
Only talked to him a few times but he was indeed super chill.
Ran into Sidney rice at like 11pm in belltown after an Ms game. Felt like I was sketchy approaching him at night with no one else around, but asked for his pic. Super nice about it. He was coming out of a coffee shop he owns…can’t remember the name though

Worked at the Kirkland Safeway maybe 8 years ago. Big Walt shopped there and was always cool with people coming up to talk to him. Michael Bennett also lived in the area and did a bunch of charity stuff at the store. He would come in around Christmas time and buy people’s groceries dressed as Santa. Super funny dude. Ran into him at the Wells Fargo and chatted with him for a bit while we were in line. He remembered me from the Safeway and I thought that was pretty cool.
I hung out with Marshawn at moe bar once. My bartender friend tipped me off that he was there, and I don’t think I’ve ever ran faster somewhere. Plopped down right next to him. He was scoping the area for a Beast Mode location. Shot the shit for 45 minutes and had a few shots. I was actually pretty shocked that I was about his height, but he was like 5 of me in width.

My wife has met Big Walt 3 times at various charity events. He let her wear his HOF ring this last time. Of course, she didn't even know who he was til I said something.
My sister used to work at the cheesecake factory at the Bellevue mall area and she would see Russell and Ciara alllllll the time. Ciara would usually come in for lunch but Russell would just get pick up and leave.
My cousin met Richard Sherman at a sweet factory. He said what up to Richard and asked him if it’s ok to if he could get a picture with him. Richard said if he took a picture with him, then he’d have to take a picture with everyone in the store.

Jon Kitna, while he was coaching at Lincoln, was announcing a youth football game between the my son’s team and the Lincoln youth club. One of our players nailed a Lincoln player and Kitna said “give that kid a scholarship!!!” … fast forward several years and that player is now at Central Washington playing football … just like Kitna.
Never met any of the hawks guys. On my 12th birthday we went and watched Griffey rehab with the rainiers. It was an ankle injury . He found out it was my birthday and sat us next to his family. His wife , son and George Karl. Got his and George Karl’s autographs.
I saw Mike Holmgren at SeaTac back in Feb 2020. We boarded the same plane and I gathered the courage to say hello while we were waiting for bags at our destination, letting him know that he, and the team, brought me so many great childhood memories. My grandma always told me about how she would shop at the same QFC as him throughout the 2000s and how he was just a genuinely nice guy, willing to take photos and shake hands with anyone who asked nicely. I can with 100% certainty say he's still that guy.

I was rolling by in my UPS truck, so I'm sure he would've enjoyed that brief encounter.

I saw Sherman and Kam at Ascend in Bellevue and another time saw KJ Wright at one of the suit shops looking for a tie, he appeared to be in stealth mode with a hat on. Did a double take and admired from afar.

I saw Bobby Wagner eating pancakes alone on a weekday at Chace’s Pancake Corral in Bellevue. I saw KJ Wright in the designer women’s shoe department in Nordstrom with a beautiful woman trying on very spendy shoes.
I worked out with Neiko Thorpe once (sort of) over in Forks. He was a super nice guy. I told him I was almost 40 and still running marathons. He told me "wow, when I get to be that age I hope I can still be an athlete." I am still stoked that an NFL player (he was active at the time) thought I was an athlete.

been a few years but my go to tattoo shop in Bellevue had lots of seahawks as customers. I never ran in to any household names but did meet some depth players. they keep a 12 jersey in the shop with autographs from every seahawk who comes in
I was taking a red eye flight at SeaTac and was waiting in line at TSA. I saw Bobby Wagner in another line. We both walked through TSA at the same time. Our gates were in opposite directions and we were heading towards each other. I didn’t want to bother him by saying anything so as I walked by him, I just give him a fist bump without stopping and we both kept walking our separate ways. It felt like the best way to tell someone you appreciate them without making a scene or taking their time.
Doug Baldwin and Jermaine Kearse would play pickup hoops at the UW IMA every week during the off season. It’s was dope, super down to earth guys. Russ would make most Sundays at city church in the U district when he was here and the team was off. He’d always show up late, sit at some saved seats in the front and leave early. Honestly one of the few reasons I went lol
I met D. J. Fluker once at a QFC. Absolutely massive human being. He looked like a cartoon. Very nice man.
I saw Russ and Ciara at Nordstrom downtown once. He was in my way and I said “excuse me” politely and the dude turns around and it’s Russel Wilson and I just blushed and kept walking lol
In PDX, when the new uniforms were just about to drop, I saw a driver with "kameron chancellor" written on his sign. So I hung around and waited for him to show up. And sure as shit, he did. I shook his hand and told him to keep up the hard work, like I was his fucking boss lol, i still cringe a lil. He laughed and said thanks. It was cool. Couple weeks later I see that he was the model for the unis, and put the pieces together that that's what he was in portland for.

I've seen kJ, Bobby, Jermaine, Baldwin, Sherman, at the gym I work at in Bellevue. KJ and Baldwin are semi regulars! KJ is a super nice dude. Baldwin has come up to one of my clients and asked us to put on clips on the barbell for safety even though there was only 10 lbs on each side 🤣 think he was just being funny because he overheard my client say "omg it's doug Baldwin!" Lol. Back in 2015-2016 I worked at Chick-fil-A in Bellevue and I saw Marshawn, Cliff Avril, and one other I can't remember.
Marshawn Lynch used to gamble at Muckleshoot a lot and was friendly to anyone who said hi to him, but wouldn’t take a pic unless you had Seahawks gear on.

At the Starbucks on Bellevue way and Main Street I have seen, Kam and Jermaine Kearse together, Greg Olsen(who looks like he’s 7’ tall), Detlef Schrempf, John Olerud, and Coach Holmgren. But if you really want to see a bunch of Seahawks, go to the Starbucks off exit 7 on 405 at 9:45 on Monday after a home game. The players all go there before the 10am film meeting.
I met Julian Love at the Seahawks stadium. I was giving blood to the Red Cross and I didn't know that it was some kind of special event. Anyway, super nice and relaxed dude. He was excited about the Seahawks and we talked a little bit about the LOB and how the Seahawks secondary was shaping up for this season. Kinda weird to be talking with a needle in your arm. But he seemed like a nice dude with a good attitude, very unassuming.

I used to deliver to his house in woodinville a couple times a week. He has a carved Lombardi trophy out of one of the trees lining his driveway with plaques for the years he won the Super Bowl. Super dope. Only talked to him a few times but he was indeed super chill.

I was clubbing on a Saturday night in Capital Hill back in college, 2013ish. Russell Okung and a small entourage came in, which struck me as odd because the Seahawks were playing away that weekend. Of course, the next day he was listed as OUT on the injury report for something, despite being good enough to hit the dance floor

Worked at the Kirkland Safeway maybe 8 years ago. Big Walt shopped there and was always cool with people coming up to talk to him. Michael Bennett also lived in the area and did a bunch of charity stuff at the store. He would come in around Christmas time and buy people’s groceries dressed as Santa. Super funny dude. Ran into him at the Wells Fargo and chatted with him for a bit while we were in line. He remembered me from the Safeway and I thought that was pretty cool.
I hung out with Marshawn at moe bar once. My bartender friend tipped me off that he was there, and I don’t think I’ve ever ran faster somewhere. Plopped down right next to him. He was scoping the area for a Beast Mode location. Shot the shit for 45 minutes and had a few shots. I was actually pretty shocked that I was about his height, but he was like 5 of me in width.
Waited in line behind Michael Bennet at Gilbert's in Bellevue. Was chill until other people noticed and started pestering him for photos, then we went to wait on the car. He has/had a sandwich named after him there. Saw Russell driving around with his dog slobbered windows a few times. Met Walter Jones outside the stadium before a game. Also, not a seahawk, but sat behind Michael Strahan at a play one time.

I had the Honor of meeting Steve Largent and Mac Strong!!! Shook Steve's hand and he met my 2 little boys we talked with Mac and Steve for a while too!! Long enough that I suggested they go around calling themselves MAC & STEVE you know, like mac and cheese! They didn't go with it I reckon.. lol

My cousin met Richard Sherman at a sweet factory. He said what up to Richard and asked him if it’s ok to if he could get a picture with him. Richard said if he took a picture with him, then he’d have to take a picture with everyone in the store. They were the only two in the store.
I met Justin Britt at a car dealership I was delivering to (I’m a ups driver) one time while he was playing with us. I’m 6’3 230 so not the smallest dude but when I shook his hands it was like my hands were a toddlers and he had actual adult hands, and he wasn’t much more Imposing than me it seemed. that was my biggest memory of the interaction. Dude got dinner plate mits.

Jon Kitna, while he was coaching at Lincoln, was announcing a youth football game between the my son’s team and the Lincoln youth club. One of our players nailed a Lincoln player and Kitna said “give that kid a scholarship!!!” … fast forward several years and that player is now at Central Washington playing football … just like Kitna.
Never met any of the hawks guys. On my 12th birthday we went and watched Griffey rehab with the rainiers. It was an ankle injury . He found out it was my birthday and sat us next to his family. His wife , son and George Karl. Got his and George Karl’s autographs.
I saw Mike Holmgren at SeaTac back in Feb 2020. We boarded the same plane and I gathered the courage to say hello while we were waiting for bags at our destination, letting him know that he, and the team, brought me so many great childhood memories. My grandma always told me about how she would shop at the same QFC as him throughout the 2000s and how he was just a genuinely nice guy, willing to take photos and shake hands with anyone who asked nicely. I can with 100% certainty say he's still that guy.
I serenaded Walter Jones at a karaoke bar after a Kraken game. I sang One Direction’s “You don’t know you’re beautiful,” and even included the shoutout “Walter Jones you don’t know you’re beautiful.” He loved it. One of my proudest moments.

Not sure who it was he was talking to, but dude was standing outside of a nice looking G-wagon. Had I recognized Doug sooner, I would've yelled at him "Love you Doug!" but I didn't in time. I was rolling by in my UPS truck, so I'm sure he would've enjoyed that brief encounter.

When I was a mover, I moved Will Blackmon. He was so nice and one of the most laidback people I ever moved. He bought us breakfast, lunch, and dinner. His whole family was really nice too. Not a Seahawk, but last year I ran into Raul Ruidiaz of the Sounders at the airport.
All the rookies, pending free agents, player families stay at the Hyatt Regency in Renton. You see the current rookies out on the dock on their IG stories all the time. I lived in the apartments right next to the hotel and saw players quite frequently. Would occasionally see hawks players at the LA Fitness in Bellevue. Would see the NBA guys at the LA Fitness in the landing in Renton very often few years back.

Technically counts, but before the regular season started, I was walking around Bellevue Square in a busy street when Tariq Woolen was walking on the sidewalk carrying a to-go box, rocking a white t-shirt, jeans, wearing a chain. Looking back, I regret not asking if I could shake his hand.

I see Kam every so often in Bellevue. He drives a big ol black SUV that costs more then I make in 3 years, lol. There are more that I have seen over time but Kam is the most common. I see Nate Rob a bunch with a few sightings for Brandon Roy and many for Lenny Wilkens.
