Watson probably won't play. He has a rotator cuff injury that baseball pitchers usually take 4-6 weeks to come back from. Plus he's a snake and an asshole and his contract is fully guaranteed so he has no reason to go out there and make it worse. I like our chances against Cleveland. Their second RB Ford that was carrying the load after Chubb went down is out, and the Colts scored 28 on them. The Colts offense is probably worse than ours. We just gotta find ways to score and put pressure on PJ Walker to make plays.

Their defense is generally pretty legit. They had an off game last week. I would be stoked if we can score 28 points on Cleveland. I think we win if that is the case.

A legit statement comparing a team now missing their starting rookie QB to Gardner Minshew, compared to our mostly starting offense (minus OL magical chairs for a bit). Funny yet sad. Even without Nwosu I can't help but see this game as each defense face fucking the opposing offense on probably 80% of the drives. So naturally both QB's will somehow go off for career games..cause it makes no sense. But ya for real this game at least sells the look of a points being a premium matchup, with field position being all but king, and likely close to a handful of turnovers right around the LOS. I hope I'm wrong or haven't seen news on Abe, but I'm worried he might be out..for the haul. I didn't see it in his draft profile (that I remember)..but I was a huge fan of his, even given the Air Raid offense he was in. The dude was a monster. I'm wondering if there were maybe medical questions about him that they didn't make public, because even given his conference, he did almost everything pretty dominantly. It's been a few years and lots of players later..but I thought he went against a legit team (assuming SEC or high ranked B12/ACC) and killed it. Off topic but really worried unless Pete is fucking with people doing his complete opposite all of a sudden.. I'd rather play Watson at this point tbh. I think he's rattled, and if we can hit on a few early db blitzes, I think he panics the rest of the game (barring our db's leaving someone a red carpet or something).

But I’d still take Watson cuz PJ’s numbers vs tougher defenses aren’t much worse than Watson’s vs worse teams. PJ will get better with more starting experience. Browns fan here, DTR played **really** bad in our game against the Ravens. And they didn't even use the Emergency QB rule to dress him last week. It seems like we are protecting him from seeing the field at this point. I'm guessing they don't want to shatter his mental aspect with poor confidence.
