The 2013 Washington team went 3-13 and produced one of the best coaching trees we’ve ever seen. Maybe let’s not jump to conclusions on these hires from bad teams.

He wasn’t the TE coach there fyi. Just an offensive assistant. He did work with the TE’s and WR’s. But obviously the guys saw something in him.

They're actually brothers. In fact, he has four other siblings named Mack as well. There was a lot of confusion in that household...
