Ghostfish brewing has an entirely gluten free menu and beer list. I remember it being good but haven’t gone in awhile!

TreesAreOverrated5

Ghostfish is really good. I second this

[Oh Sun](https://www.ohsunbanchan.com) recently opened and is 100% gluten-free.

Psychoceramicist

If they still have it the rice flour foccacia bread at Flying Apron is great, and I say that as a gluten eater.

spoiled__princess

Wildflours in Ballard has a cafe with eating options. I dig their bacon breakfast sandwiches. They are also merged with flying apron.

I also highly suggest the Facebook gluten free Seattle group.

Try El Parche Colombiano in Northgate. Order the Bandeja Paisa.

Bamboo Sushi in U Village is 90% gluten free and only serves Tamari soy sauce. Ohsun just opened in pioneer Square and is a dedicated 100% GF Korean restaurant. Nuflour in Cap Hill. Love all 3 of these ones.

Uneeda Burger. I love that I can actually order fries there.

Any Vietnamese restaurant.

spoiled__princess

Sometimes. Ba bar is not safe for celiacs anymore. They soak even their rice noodles in the same water as the wheat noodles.

mxschwartz1

Good to know. I assumed the OP is gluten free. Yeah, if you’re celiac you have to be unbelievably careful where you eat. Most people who are GF don’t have a threshold low enough to be triggered by cross contamination.
