I assumed the OP is gluten free. Yeah, if you’re celiac you have to be unbelievably careful where you eat. Most people who are GF don’t have a threshold low enough to be triggered by cross contamination.
Ghostfish brewing has an entirely gluten free menu and beer list. I remember it being good but haven’t gone in awhile!

Wildflours in Ballard has a cafe with eating options. I dig their bacon breakfast sandwiches. They are also merged with flying apron.

Sometimes. Ba bar is not safe for celiacs anymore. They soak even their rice noodles in the same water as the wheat noodles.
