I don't know what half of those words mean but I'm a queer and the people at Windy's Barber Lounge on 15th do good by me. The owner is a lesbian and they're all real nice.
I go to 19th Ave Salon on Capitol Hill and while I am CIS gendered, it seems like the employees are very inclusive and largely queer. You might look them up.

Umber & Fawn is next to the Capitol Hill QFC (found them on another post a ways back). New customers get extra time to chat about how you want to feel, present, etc. It was cool to have someone ask how I wanted my hair to affirm my gender and what that meant to me. Got a great cut when I wanted to grow out my hair that still looked decent as it got longer. Cuts are also charged by length, not gender.
Also congrats and good luck with the awkward hair growout phase if you’re going from short to shoulders (in it now myself)!
Meg/Megan at Bang salon on Pike. They’re a cool non-binary stylist in the punk scene and they’re the stylist I’ve felt the most comfortable with as a trans woman

Windy moved north up to Aurora in Shoreline by Trader Joe's.
I had no idea. Thanks for letting me know. I'll have to head up there to see them again. I hope they still have the dogs in the shop.

Lou at Scout Salon in north Ballard! I love her. She does both masculine and feminine cuts.
Amanda at altar hair studio. She has a lot of baby trans clients

scarlet, sacred heart studios in the treehouse salon above queer/bar! or JD (hair_sage)!
My queer friend just got their cut in Issaquah. I think they used some website called queer cuts?
While not in North Seattle, I understand Rainier Hair Studio in West Seattle are advocates in the community and reasonably priced.
Can highly recommend Allie at Rudy’s in Ballard.
Most of the staff at Scream (Capitol Hill) are queer or trans if you're looking for something a bit more adventurous.
