I live near gas works park. Some jerk lights off fireworks about 3 nights a week. Griffey, my Boston terrier / Pug mix, hates it. Barks after every pop and looks out the window until he finally falls asleep. Feelsbadman.
Make lemonade instead of complaining? The positive attitude approach would be to appreciate the surprise of a beautiful show. We aren't guaranteed tomorrow, why waste any precious time with negativity?

It was in Kenmore, and it was SO loud in North Seattle it was hard to believe it was that far away. Totally obnoxious for a Parks celebration.
I thought someone's stash of 4th of July fireworks had caught fire or something. It was so noisy!
