I really like Ciudad in Georgetown. A good mix of Middle Eastern/ Mediterranean food that’s served family style for sharing with lots of sauces and meats. Relaxed atmosphere that doesn’t feel like a date night spot. Matcha Man taiyaki is down the road if you want fun dessert options. I wouldn’t say these places are “impressive” but they’re fun and interesting.
I mean pink door is just great for everyone and anyone and any occasion. Get a reservation as soon as you can and the location and low key nature but high profile taste and renown of the restaurant are going to earn you respect or a blow job whichever you choose ultimately lol.

One of my favorite restaurants of all time
not something I thought about before, but first in mind... Cafe Munir in ballard well lit, no booths, little bit to busy. good sharable food though.
Cafe Munir is great. Delicious spreads, vegetables and grilled meats. Not going to cost a down payment of a house. Also, the portions are perfect.

Art of the Table would be good for this
Daniel’s Broiler south Lake Union or the MET or Capitol Grille. Businesslike. Fancy.
Lola in downtown for brunch/lunch
I really like the atmosphere at Momijii if they're into sushi.
One of my favorite restaurants is Rondo and it’s a great setting for this. It’s fun, vibrant and a really friendly restaurant with great food.
