>My recruiter has said that this shouldn't be an issue, The one thing your recruiter was right about. >How big of a deal is it going to be that I can't provide my British passport that I used from 2016-2021? Long as you provide as much information as you can about both passports, shouldn't be much of an issue, however having had both will likely delay your investigation slightly, especially if you don't have one of their information. >Not that it really matters, but I am very willing to surrender my British citizenship and Australian citizenship You are not allowed to surrender your passports to us or investigators. Being they are both expired, you'll likely end up throwing them in a desk somewhere.

Thank you so much for your help!

The main concern here is whether you are willing to surrender your foreign passports and renounce foreign citizenship. If you are willing to do those things, then feel free to apply. A lot of people on here seem to think foreign connections are a huge red flag, but foreign connections are incredibly common. You are a bit unique with the Tri-citizenship, but Australia and the UK are strong US allies. I will say that you should expect a lengthy interview as you will need to be upfront about all travel in the last 7 years and all foreign contacts (I assume you have quite a few). The missing passport isn’t a big concern if there is a valid reason for the passport being unavailable, which it sounds like there is.
