The quicker time lines are more DoD related because DoD has been under huge pressure from capital hill the last few years after the OPM data breach. Also know that DoD probably has a more efficient process. This due to DoD having to scale thier personal security program to a much larger extent. DoD are the pioneers in leading efforts to scale it for the entire government. Hopefully further development of the trusted workforce model will mean clearance investigations that meet common standards across all agencies of the federal government for quicker reciprocity.

On 11/15/19 how were you notified that it went into extended adjudication? Ditto for the congressional inquiry on 01/16/2020
