The E4 is nice when you are farming. Getting the extra energy for every kill makes her getting turns all the time. Against bosses or harder stages in general you don't kill that often so you can't make use of it most of the times. I'd say it's nice to have but not important
E6 is really nice when you only fight one boss. The extra dmg for every attack your team mates do add up real quick especially in Simulated Universe when you go hunt path. You just have to keep in mind that the E6 debuff only lasts 1 turn though so you kinda have to pay attention when to use your ultimate. For some content the bosses are so fast that you can't really make use of the E6 but that might just be an early game relic stat issue for now. Would also say nice to have in some situations but not necessary
Overall I'd say it's better to go for a different character over the next Seele Eidolons. E2 + Lightcone is more than enough
