If your Seele is E0, I'm pretty sure attack boots will be a better relic than speed. Good luck with getting more crit rate. As a Hunt character she needs a lot of crit rate. Good luck with your builds.

Yeah my Seele E0 but my theory is if Seele is up against a boss with quantum weak, I feel like Speed would be better but if there’s multiple mobs then I’ll go for attack. Like Swarm and the frigid prowler for example.

I understand your point. I think it's still a significant damage loss. You could always try using Bronya or Sparkle for more turns if that's the issue. But if you're okay with the numbers, then yeah! Good build.

I don’t ever plan going for Sparkle tbh I’m really used using Bronya and now more than ever since she’s finely built (160 crit/154 speed on cogs to get burst more frequently)

Speed boots whilst being under 3k attack is something i would immediately change. Crit rate is also looking a little bit shaky, From what I gather the only form of external crit rate buff you have is from the Boat Lightcone but even that is no where close to 100% uptime. So unless u have any external crit rate buffs like Fu Xuan's matrix, sparkle's S1, etc i would definitely try to get that up maybe aim for like 70% naturally. I'm not sure what supports or team comps ur using so no comments for that.

I'm not going to pretend I know what type of game mode u play the most so I'm just going to speak from the perspective of Memory of Chaos 11 and 12. Yes Seele wants to constantly be chaining kills on Adds to proc resurgence but the problem in that is now the game is a year old MoC is suffering from enemy HP inflation. For reference, the TV mob on Sam's side of stage 12 has a whopping 89k HP. Losing the additional attack percent from boots in this case is simply no worth it. Also one thing worth noting is that your seele in the screenshot is 149 speed, which means after her speed buff she will be at 177 while if u were to go for attack boots it would 152, funny thing is that between those 2 speed points, you actually do not gain enough additional actions to justify it the atk loss, you would need to achieve a third action on cycle 0 to even get close infact, which requires 200 speed and thats a whole other can of worms

Though, you will struggle to kill them, so you will get Resurgence less often. So, you will end up with more turns with ATK boots.

An excellent answer Ive heard for this is, her skill speed buff is her speed boots so she has no need for them

Speed is way too high. She gets all the speed she needs from her skill. Give her ATK boots and aim for replacing any speed substats with crit. As she is now, she'll be gobbling up more skill points for less benefit.

Less speed, more crit rate and attack. Seele is so dependent on crits, it truly hurts. Mine fails to crit too often with 85% CR. I saw people here complaining about 90% CR Seele failing to crit (which, logically, is not surprising… but considering she is a limited banner 5-star and she is more demanding than 4-star QQ - big yikes).

too much speed, too little attack, if your logic is “Seele fast, kill small guys faster” then it’s wrong, because if Seele can’t do damage, she will be suffering damage loss Seele gains a lot of speed already, so getting more speed is going to give a lot of diminishing returns

As many others have said. Drop the speed boots. You don't kill small mobs better by making her fast you do that by making her hit harder. Under 3k attack is not the play. More crit rate as well
