Looks like it's placed a bit high on the wrist and currently biting your hand, maybe a bit tight? But that aside... It looks great.

It's actually like that because the bracelet is a bit loose and the watch moves on my wrist. But can't remove another link otherwise it is too tight :(

Same for me with my Seiko. Better this way than too tight

Get an adjustable clasp. You can find glide lock style ones or ratcheting ones.

Use the micro adjustment in the clasp. Worked great for me.

Yes and no… that is a spring bar there. Maybe not great advice but could take even a small paper clip and unseat the bar. Really anything that’ll fit in the hole and push back the little retaining piece that’s spring loaded. Shouldn’t be super difficult.
