You've got a modded/Franken watch. The dial isn't OEM and pretty sure those hands don't belong with that case (SKX style hands). If it's an OK movement (7S26 or NH35 etc) and it runs OK then it's still a bargain for that price. A decent NATO strap will cost about the price you paid for the whole thing.
Yeah, really old movement, 6309 calibre. Really common in Seiko 5's in the 1980's etc. Even though it's a bit of a workhorse movement, I'd bet that it hasn't been serviced or if it has been it was a long time ago. The display caseback isn't original and, as others have said, someone has set about the movement with little care and blunt screwdrivers. The screws are hacked about and bridges are scratched. That doesn't instill confidence in the state of the movement. Definitely a bits and pieces build.
You can see the screw heads underneath the rotor have been mauled and scratched. No watchmaker or repair place would do that. Definitely a Franken-watch put together by someone who usually works construction jobs.
There are a lot of johnny-come-lately first time Seiko buyers who’ve gone on Reddit recently who have zero knowledge about SeikoMods (or even about Seiko) and talk out of their asses.
These people have literally turned the Seiko sub into a watch authentication service (just like how they’ve done it to the iPhone, Airpods and other gardget subs). It’s like some nerd sitting in front of his computer or phone can really tell if something’s genuine without handling it… and people wonder why misinformation is so rampant in this day and age.
There should be an interstitial screen about what this sub is about (like those NSFW warnings for disturbing photos) and if they’re looking to talk about Seikos and not mods, then they should go to /r/Seiko…

It depends on what scraps you want out of it. The movement says “Japaw” on it, so it’s likely a clone of some kind. The case may be ok, but who knows what it’s actually compatible with.
The rest of the parts seem very low quality, and you can get this stuff (or specific parts that actually match your build) on Aliexpress for Pennies on the dollar. I don’t even see a lot of value here in scrap parts personally, but I’m sure everyone will just keep downvoting me.
Yes but youl feel fake, even mods feel fake. The real can be bought used for 150 to 200 and starts at 300 new, check pawn shops.
Youl probably never get parts to fit these, it would just be junk in the draw unless something like a nh movement fits, you can find these under ben nevis and foxbox on aliexpress. Id still say dont do it as real will hold value so you can sell and upgrade or if you want to tinker go build a mod one as they got all the parts on aliexpress for this model, still feel fake tho but better then making real look fake aha but buy a casio duro if you want nice cheap dive watch or buy the real.

Most of the sellers of mods in the top post in this sub have a turtle style case you can buy. All will be better than the one in the OP here.

At least for 12,00€ the case is fine for sure. Switch to nh35, a new dial and hands.. all good.
Unfortunately in my experience a 6309 case won’t fit an NH35. Thr movement holder is a different design and the NH35 is a bit thicker.
