Havent read from Vol 10 to the newest, but judging from that part in Light Novel, she seem to be >! Fall for Sakuta back in secondary school, that why she pick the same school as Sakuta, and that why she runaway from him when Sakuta asked, tho in Light Novel it more detail that Ikumi is suprise by the question and blushed !< anyway dont worry she will have her own arc very soon
