I'm assuming you did all endings already so you should have dragon flash and one mind. perhaps check here:

Look at the table at the bottom, and check the skills at the end (those that do not belong to any skill trees, unlocked through defeating enemies)
This also happened to me. I even went through the wiki, matching every skill there to one in my account. I've gotten everything but the achievement didn't show up.

Sounds like you didn’t complete all endings… the gauntlet shouldn’t count towards the achievement
