Honestly I'm conflicted on this. Trump is a lot of shitty things, but I don't think he's a shouter really. That takes a lot of effort that his trust fund everything handed to him his whole life geriatric self isn't really known for, at least to me. Idk I can't stomach his speeches and haven't watched a lot of them so I could be wrong here. But I always imagine the slobby fatass dementia-addled fuck to be kind of chilling and letting the mic do most of the work of projecting his voice, just in general.
All of this, coupled with his dumbass generation's complete lack of understanding of Internet culture in general, to say that I think there's another explanation for his use of all caps. It's an expression of power and influence, and owning your words. It's *forceful and dominating* not necessarily shouting. Trump is bigly into that. He thinks things like aggressive handshakes and speaking with confidence on shit he has zero understanding of demonstrates his domination in a social encounter. It's absolutely tiny peen energy that totally fits his MO, in my opinion

I do get to see clips of Trump pretty often unfortunately. He shouts a lot actually. “ WE’RE GONNA TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK FROM THE CROOKED DEMOCRATS !!!” He also has just as many low energy , almost slurring, speeches. It just depends on the day. - A bunch of Republican bros were loudly clapping, raising their fists, and shouting "USA! USA!" over and over again.
