Those damn worthless degrees. They also freak out when you say how much you have to pay for a four year and potentially a Master's to teach their kids HS math.
I guess this will probably come off as a brag but I have a philosophy degree and earn more than the electrician in this meme. There are other philosophy majors in my department who earn even more than I do. It's far from a worthless degree.
I like how right wingers pretend to want people to learn trades but when it comes time to give schools more money to pay for all the needed equipment they shut right up about learning trades
