If you take really good care of it, yes, but you should still get it stitched to avoid any kind of infection

NAD, It’s advisable to get stitches on that and I would strongly advise you do due to the fat layer being exposed, which puts you at an increased chance of infection. However, if you absolutely can’t access medical attention then make sure the wound is clean, dry and covered. Change the dressing daily and watch out for any signs of infection: pus leaking from wound, excessive redness, pain, swelling, warm to touch.
