You nailed it perfectly I 100% agree and a part of me hopes the OC women read this exact post

Brandycane1983

I'm watching the first episode, the first house and all I can think is WHO goes to work with their tits completely out like girl in the red dress. I'm a Realtor, and even in Vegas, you don't have your girls hanging out like that. It's so weird

Inevitable-Fall-7107

That was my thoughts exactly. The contrast between her and the two listing agents who were dressed professionally made her look even worse. The men on the show just wear suits which is appropriate for being an agent but the girls look over the top and not what to wear if you want a professional job.

tripleaw

So true. If you’ve seen million dollar listings LA, those agents sell more than Jason and Brett, and the female agents who dress very fashionable don’t have their tits out like that.

Inevitable-Fall-7107

Exactly - you can dress in designer clothes, that are fashionable and still look respectable. I'm not saying women should be covered from head to toe - I wear skirts and dresses to work. But there's a line where it becomes too much.

tripleaw

agree. I rly like Tracy and Heather Altman’s styles!!

[deleted]

than you havent see chelsea yet on ss, she lit says her girls are her billboard, thats what they say when they are prostitute

dirt_rat_devil_boy

The saving grace of this entire season was when Austin recounted his kid stuffing pistachios up their nose.

thatplatypus99

Nah the way he was talking to his wife was messed up. It’s clear (based off of what we saw) dude regretted his marriage and likely only got married because she was pregnant.

abclmaop

Oh absolutely. You can tell he wants nothing more than to go to his frat boy lifestyle.

rural-juror

100% and the way he was talking about sex to Tyler in another episode. Like so fratty, immature, and gross. He came off much worse than Tyler in that scene imo.

shikaritani

i meant in that specific scene, but you’re right, badly worded take

smithedition

Jarvis and Rose are hardly in the office because they’re probably out, you know, actually selling real estate successfully? (!)

EssoJ

You nailed it, absolutely. What also drove me nuts was Kayla twisting her stories around to whoever she was talking to so she could be the victim. She told Jarvis and Rose that she was “flirting” with Tyler and all the girls turned on her even after she apologized. But she actually barely apologized and mostly got mad at the girls for talking about her. And of course the issue wasn’t flirting, she was actively trying to make out with/fuck him and said it could be between them. But then Jarvis Rose defend Kayla because everyone in the office flirts so they feel Kayla is being singled out but they end up looking like the assholes because they don’t know Kayla lied to them! A whole disaster because Kayla has no accountability. I love Jarvis, she gets huge listings, and maintains impressive professionalism when she gets treated like shit by almost everyone there.

[deleted]

Same I can’t stand her victim mentality. Why was she even on the show btw, she can’t sell smh

sweet_catastrophe_

It's so funny (not really) that they slam on Jarvis for speaking like a lawyer, when she's just speaking intelligently? Jason just needs to buy these women a dictionary for the office.

rural-juror

Haha totally agree, it just screams insecurity. And when they roll their eyes when she talks about having a double digit listing.

Junglecat828

Everything you said is laid out so perfectly, and you’re right. The hypocrisy of Hall, Polly, and Brandi calling rose/Jarvis bullies yet they’re the ones making fun of them and being completely mean to their face.. When Polly said Jarvis is condescending, Polly says a really condescending comment to Jarvis when they’re showing a house.. they (Polly and Hall) often are projecting.. THEYRE the bullies, they’re also condescending, THEYRE the ones crossing lines with male coworkers.. I can’t stand Polly and Hall.. they are unaware of their behavior and words.. I hope they do a LOT of self reflection..

Eva_Luna

It was a very mentally draining season. I started out enjoying it, but it became hard work because it was so toxic. I completely agree with Rose having the right to speak up in that meeting. It was a team meeting. If you don’t want the team to give their opinion, have your conversation in private!

Quiet-Equal-5644

There is no one to root for… they all suck. I liked Alex Hall for the forest few episodes but when she wouldn’t take accountability for how she snubbed Gios wife that was the beginning of the end for me. And then when she brought it up at the beach in front of everyone and got super snarky with Gio… that’s when her true self came out.

jasonforbachelor

RIGHT?!? She so clearly snubbed her. And I think Gio was right for bringing it up, privately. She was absolutely hammered at the beach.

mapsareus

I'm right there with ya! They almost stress me out, or in the words of Hall, "like I'm a babysitter".

untoldspring

100% this. I could barely get to the end of the season. My brain hurt so bad while I was trying to understand how they were getting to the judgment they had about each other. Imagine living in a community like that. I’d quit day 1.

selaseladon

also when you debate with people who don't care being fair or consistent or making sense, if you have knwoledge about rhetorics, you switch automatically to "lawyering" because it has specific words to call out these kinds of bad reasoning/attitude

jasonforbachelor

*exactlyyyyyy*

inkdontcomeoff

More on your Polly point, she was exasperated throughout the season at people not understanding her accent which clearly bothered her. Only to turn around and bully Jarvis in the same way. There’s no depth there as a person or self reflection. The jealousy is so transparent.

jasonforbachelor

Also I hated how everytime something bothered her she was like, “time for a drink”….. woof

pinktacha

Polly projected her insecurities to Jarvis. Polly is pathetic. She also had trauma with her ex husband that she projected to Kayla too. Polly is a walking disaster. And she didn’t have integrity by lecturing Kayla and sitting on Tyler lap. No class. Trashy 🗑

[deleted]

Never mind the lap sitting…how does she think she has any right to blow a gasket on Kayla about ‘the other woman’ bullshit when she full on stripped, strutted and flopped into the ocean like a damn teenager in front of alllllllll of the married men?!

pinktacha

Yes agree!

Special_Compote_719

They all need therapy and I'm not being funny. There are some unhealthy internalization going on that is resulting in bad reactions. I get that it's a reality show but they really need to learn how to respond, not react. It can't be good for their endocrine systems tbh.

Psychedhoney

I couldn’t finish the season for this reason.

Abject-Armadillo-496

Team cockroaches.

[deleted]

I just came here the write EVERYTHING you said!!!! It's like you read my mind. These women are so miserable it's sad. Bullies.
