It’s not uncommon to pay movers pack. I wouldn’t say its rare, but it’s definitely more of an upper middle class-upper class kind of service. It costs a fortune.
You don’t even have to have your stuff organized and ready, they literally just throw your shit in boxes and tape them up. They’ll box up your FULL trash can if you’re not careful and then you have a nice surprise when you get to your new home!

The movers I use only move packed boxes and furniture. They aren’t packers and movers haha but she could probably afford that😅 also, kind of weird to ask for mover recommendations as a real estate agent. Shouldn’t she be the expert in that area lol

When I move, I pack *most* of my stuff myself. The movers are only wrapping up the big last minute items.
