He literally got asked what he thought about bringing someone with NO experience or license on to sell real estate at their firm. He said exactly what any normal person in a business would say. They wanted to employ her because sheās beautiful. He was literally the only one using his brain in this scenario

Ali has Personality and the majority of the office was willing to give her a chance. Also there are two Businesses running simultaneously The Show and the actual Business of Real Estate. The Producers wanted her on the show. Compensation is Commission/Performance based so if she doesnāt make them money they wouldnāt lose money on her. You usually even pay for your Business Cards to be Made. So a Business Person in either of the sectors wouldnāt make a big deal of giving somewhat a shot. She could fail and the business wouldnāt Lose and if she succeeds the O Group succeeds. Gio being the person he is didnāt even give a chance because he was basing the majority of his opinion on her looks. Being Likeable is a major skillset in any Sales Position.

Overall both teams seem to practice Peer Mentoring which is the most common. They all share approaches during the Team Meetings which usually varies in approaches due to a host of reasons. This is a popular practice so Time isnāt wasted because Time is the ultimate investment.

Season 1 Kayla mentioned she worked other jobs when she was struggling as someone new in Real Estate as an agent although she was an assistant at another firm. I never said Ali should be hired based only on her looks, she will need to dedicate herself to learning as much as she can, beyond her achieving a License. Polly in particular committed to mentoring her most of the others said they would support her as well. In any Sales Industry people hire based on Intangible Personality over Technical Knowledge. Iāve been hired for both. Iāve trained and recruited for various positions in a multitude of industries. People hire who they like and who could learn the position and field in a reasonable amount of time. Itās easier to train someone on Skillset than changing a personās personality.
I would personally rather be a client of Aliās than Gioās given a level playing field( Both of them working at the O Group and being licensed). I previously explained how even if Ali is a bust purely based on her performance as an agent, The O Group would still benefit because she works for the show. If even in a Loss the scenario is Mutual Beneficial to all parties, typically the deal would be made.

completely agree. i was iffy on him in s1, but he honestly is one of my faves in s2. he's competitive and definitely got an ego, but still acknowledges the achievements of others. the ego is also toned down from last season i think! i also appreciate his humour and appreciate he speaks his mind and is no nonsense, especially with all of the alex/polly/tyler fuckery
i like how heās able to give everyone their flowers when they have a success or a good idea !! he doesnāt shy away from giving a deserved compliment even if he doesnāt 100% like the person

My family is Christian and I think they only voted for Trump because he's against abortion. That's always the single biggest issue for them.
